We are currently interviewing tour leader candidates for our 2008 season.

Candidates will need to demonstrate exemplary skills in many areas including:

Leadership, public speaking, customer service, bicycle maintenance, general physical fitness, first aid, and time management.

Carolina Tailwinds will provide training in our systems and methods both at our home office in Winston-Salem, and "on the job" during tours.

Candidates will need to be able to transport themselves to and from Winston-Salem and our tour destinations in the mid-Atlantic states.
